CG Concrete LLC is hiring hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our Watertown crews. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn the trade, you'll help form, pour, and finish driveways, patios, floors, and decorative concrete for homeowners and businesses across southeast Wisconsin.
No two days are the same, the work is rewarding, and you'll finish each day proud of something you can see and touch. We invest in people who show up, work hard, and want to grow into finishers and crew leaders.
Schedule
Monday–Saturday, early starts around 6:00–7:00 AM. Overtime available in peak season. Work happens across Watertown and the surrounding Jefferson, Dodge, and Waukesha county service area.
What You'll Do
- Set and strip forms, spread and screed concrete, and assist with finishing
- Prep and grade job sites — base work, compaction, and cleanup
- Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Help with stamped and decorative concrete work
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our Watertown yard or job sites
- Willing to work outdoors and start early
Preferred Experience
- Previous concrete, construction, or landscaping experience
- Form-setting and flatwork experience
- Concrete finishing experience
- Stamped/decorative concrete experience
- Power-tool experience
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Able to work outdoors in Wisconsin heat, cold, and changing weather
- Able to start early and put in a full physical day
